NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION

Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers and depositors are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer and warehouse operator licenses held  by MaxYield Cooperative, West Bend, Iowa. Grain dealer license GD-301 and warehouse operator license W-4784 were canceled on August 2, 2021. The licensee merged with NEW Cooperative, a federally licensed warehouse and Iowa licensed grain dealer (GD-3310).

The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by November 30, 2021 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.

Failure to make a timely claim against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund does not relieve the grain dealer and warehouse operator of its liability to the claimant.

 

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION

Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers and depositors are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer and warehouse operator licenses held  by Feeders Grain and Supply, Inc., Corning, Iowa. Grain dealer license GD-4358 and warehouse operator license W-4562 were canceled on August 2, 2021. The facility was acquired by Feeders Grain and Farm Supply, Inc., (W-4969 and GD-5321) effective August 2, 2021.

The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by November 30, 2021 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER CANCELLATION

Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer license held by Sunrise Farms, Inc., Harris, Iowa  Grain dealer license number GD-5311 was canceled on August 12, 2021. The licensee voluntarily requested cancellation of the grain dealer license.

The cancellation of the above-identified grain dealer license is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by December 10, 2021 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER CANCELLATION

Grain dealer license number GD-5206 was canceled on August 12, 2021. The grain dealer location was acquired by Consolidated Grain & Barge (Zen-Noh Grain Corp.) an Iowa licensed grain dealer (GD-5267).

The cancellation of the above-identified grain dealer license is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by December 10, 2021 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER CANCELLATION

Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer license held by Bunge North America, Inc., McGregor, IA. Grain dealer license number GD-5207 was canceled on August 12, 2021. The grain dealer location was acquired by Consolidated Grain & Barge (Zen-Noh Grain Corp.) and subsequently acquired by Viserion Grain, LLC an Iowa licensed grain dealer (GD-5312).

The cancellation of the above-identified grain dealer license is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by December 10, 2021 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION

Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers and depositors are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer and warehouse operator licenses held  by Allison Farmers Feed and Grain, Inc., Allison, IA. Grain dealer license GD-1091 and warehouse operator license W-2842 were canceled on August 16, 2021. The licensee requested cancellation of the licenses due to business closure.

The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by December 14, 2021 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.

Failure to make a timely claim against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund does not relieve the grain dealer and warehouse operator of its liability to the claimant.
