Electronic Certificates of Veterinary Inspection

VET CVI is an electronic health certificate program offered by the Animal Industry Division of the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship for free. Available in both mobile and desktop applications.

Register An Account

  • Click create account
  • Create and enter a unique username and password
  • Enter your name and current address.
  • Enter your accreditation information including category (1 or 2), accreditation number and expiration date
  • Enter your state licensing information include state of license, license number and expiration date. You can enter more than one state.
  • Click submit
  • Watch your inbox for e-mail confirmation that IDALS has approved your registration. This may take a few days.
